Agile Mind Scribe is and Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in the area of adult education aiming to provide a solution to the problem of knowledge transfer and retention in the organisation. For this purpose, we will develop and implement a methodological framework, pedagogy/andragogy and techniques based on Agile principles, processes and practices as well as technology for building habits that enable the transmission of knowledge in the work process. We will share the methodology with the industries and community.

Good practices in knowledge transfer and knowledge retention within the organisations were shared and different needs and expectations were documented.
In Day 2 of the Agile Mind Scribe Partnership meeting the Project Experts from Instituto Tecnológico de Canarias – ITC.GobCan, Institute Of Development CY, AQ Electric, Redvertex and Училище за Бизнес Компетенции / SBC School of Business Competence had the unique chance to visit IMH in Nicosia and talk with the experts from HR and Accounting department.
